I’m a trauma-informed Registered Yoga Teacher, Registered Dietitian, Somatic Nutritionist, and Reiki Healer. I’m also a taurus, manifesting generator, world traveler, writer, matcha drinker, and ocean lover.

I combine nutrition counseling and health coaching with yoga, energetics, and other body-based somatic practices to help you regulate your nervous system, balance your hormones, heal your relationship with food, and feel confident and at home in your body.

I spent a good chunk of my teens and 20s struggling with disordered eating and hormone issues. My PCOS was popping off, I felt foreign in my body, and I was stuck in a binge-restrict cycle. My health journey has not been linear and the puzzle pieces of my healing came together one by one, eventually molding into the signature methodology I use with clients today.

My approach to nutrition and wellness is a trauma-informed blend of science and spirituality. I believe that health and vitality are so much more than the food on your plate, calorie counts, your workouts, or the number on the scale and I practice with a true mind-body-spirit lens. My signature methodology uses nutrition, somatics, reiki, energetics, yoga, nervous system, mindfulness, meditation, and manifestation practices to help you transform your health and vitality in a sustainable way that actually works.
