The Restore and Renew Retreat

Included

Accommodation for 6 nights + 7 days at Flo Retreat Center, Uvita, Costa Rica.

Transportation to and from SJO Airport.

All daily meals, starting from dinner on April 20th to breakfast on April 26th.

All workshops and ceremonies.

Transportation to activities offsite from the retreat center, like Nauyaca Waterfalls and Parque Nacional Marino Ballena.

Not Included

Flights to and from Costa Rica (SJO Airport).

Travel insurance or any other insurance personal to you.

Any visa costs (please see visa information for entry into Costa Rica here).

Vaccinations and medications before, during or after the retreat.

Food & drink over and above what we include.

Gratuities you choose to give.

Massages at Flo Retreat Center (can be organized prior + pre-paid for).

Booking & Payment

50% of payment is required to secure space (non-refundable).

Remaining balance is required to be paid 2 months before retreat start date.

Due to the proximity of the retreat, we cannot offer refunds on either payment.

Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive the initial deposit and our bookings team will confirm.

Making a booking on behalf of others as well as yourself indicates to us that you have the authority to each person to enter into this agreement also.

You can give us your personal details, special requests, medical conditions, next-of-kin and passport details by completing a form we will send to you.

Travel Insurance, Passport, Health.

Please ensure your passport has a minimum of 6 months validation from your travel date.

We highly recommend travel & health insurance - please forward a copy of your coverage throughout the retreat period to hi@shelaghrosecurran.com.

Remember to prepare any necessary visa requirements for entry into Costa Rica (no visa is required if you are traveling from the US, but you will need to show your exit ticket out of the country at customs upon arrival).

All spaces guided by Shelagh are curated with high-level intention.

Safety, support and resonance are paramount, it is a priority that the container is bound by love and trust by all participants.

As a participant entering the journey of the Restore and Renew Retreat you agree to the following:

To have an open-heart & an open-mind. This work is intuitively led and involves a wide range of inner-explorative, embodiment experiences. 

To be open to what comes up within the group and honor every women’s experience as valid.

There is a no-tolerance policy for any toxic behavior at the retreat. Shelagh reserves the right to invite you to leave with no further continuance of the retreat and no refund will be offered. We will not be liable for any incurred costs of an early departure.

The Retreat is built on warm, feminine, nurturing energy so know you will be made felt seen, supported and safe throughout every stage of the journey.
